I have over 15 years’ international consultancy experience, working as a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager. In this role, I provided leadership on multi-million-pound global projects in the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and water sectors, working with clients and colleagues at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes.
I love being part of a team and working together to achieve a common purpose. As an avid hockey and softball player, I have represented both my hockey and softball clubs in the finals of national competitions and I have taken satisfaction from providing strong leadership in both environments. As Chair of my softball club for 3 years, the club thrived and was shortlisted for Bucks’ Sports Club of the Year. In 2016, believing that life is for living, I fully embraced my adventurous side, competing in the America’s Coast to Coast Leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. The race presented me with numerous challenges and it took all my determination, resilience, self-belief, patience, and empathy to overcome them successfully.
This wide-ranging experience has provided me with a unique insight into the benefits that coaching, clear communication and effective leadership can provide to both individuals and teams. I utilise all this experience in my work, pursuing my ambition to enable people to reach their full potential through coaching.
