It is delivered in over 30 countries and combines 3 of our practice areas, communications, coaching and leadership.
We underpin our relationship building content with the Strength Deployment Inventory and utilise the Kouzes and Posner to simplify their approach to leadership. Coaching is rooted in the elite sports approach to fostering high performance and it is delivered alongside our client partners.
