Chris Mcleod delivers a guest speech to the Schlumberger executive board that leads to a global contract. This begins our work with this exceptional organisation. We begin with our work with First Level Leaders globally and then we build on this success with work with operational teams.
We develop a sales manager’s portfolio and add coaching to the curriculum. We then pilot personal impact and communication skills programmes. Feedback is exceptional as we continue to blend and design programmes for a wider variety of Schlumberger segments. We continue to innovate with the development of our Human Factors programme. A programme that draws upon all parts of portfolio and one that involves very specific simulator time and co-delivery.
