Mission Performance work with Nomura in Hong Kong to deliver a leadership programme for their (30+) senior executives. Beating Accenture to the contract we deliver over 1 week with a team of 7 specialists on the 50+ floor overlooking Hong Kong Harbour. This programme has historical significance as we were working with newly recruited senior managers from Lehman Brothers. This programme had a dual purpose. The first to impart the principles of transformational leadership and the second to build a new executive team following the financial crash.
