Mission Performance design and deliver an award-winning Graduate Induction programme with UBS. This programme targeted at 50+ nationalities across a full 5 days on the banks of the River Thames received industry recognition for its breadth, depth and innovation.
We blended experiential learning with the creative arts and the challenges of skippering an amateur crew the wrong way around the world. This was supported by innovative approaches to providing experiential led feedback for the MBTI to groups of 20+ delegates in a series related sessions covering each scale of preference.
We continue to work UBS supporting their leaders in a variety of specialist workshops globally. The most recent was a Leadership Communication session delivered to their Hedge Fund clients in Hong Kong and London.
In the same year, we win the Asda contract beating 50 other suppliers for the work. We stay with Asda for 3.5 years receiving excellent feedback before a change in the leadership team prompts our exit.
