Within dynamic, pressure driven industries which are underpinned by the need for a relentless focus on safety, the percentage of incidents and accidents that occur because of a lack of understanding and subsequent training is far too high currently sitting at 75%. Initially led by NASA and commercial aviation, many industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction and in areas of the Medical profession are now beginning to train their people with the cognitive and personal resource skills to complement their technical training, leading to a safer and more efficient task performance.

Human Factors is the interaction of individuals with each other, with facilities and equipment, and with management systems. Enhanced Situational Awareness and focussed Decision Making is the foundation of this training, enabling all personnel regardless of their role to contribute to a safer, more effective outcome within their respective operation. We work with our clients to design a bespoke programme which meets the needs of their industry and the supervisory level at which the training needs to be targeted. Mission Performance use only UK Civil Aviation Authority qualified instructors who have a wealth of experience across industry, our subsequent training provides a mixture of theory, practical and experiential sessions that will lead to a step change in overall business culture.
