Mission Performance partner with Laing O’Rourke

Laing O’Rourke is a multidisciplinary design, manufacturing, engineering and construction group, which is behind some of the world’s most iconic structures. The combined expertise of its in-house delivery businesses allows it to tackle some of the largest and most complex projects. These include The Leadenhall Building which is The City of London’s tallest structure, Heathrow Terminals 2 and 5, the Francis Crick Institute, Liverpool’s Alder Hey in the Park and Manchester City’s Etihad stadium.

After a successful competitive tender process, Mission Performance was selected to support the delivery of the ILM level 3 Construction Industry Leadership 2020 programme to their Supervisors, working on major construction and engineering projects throughout the UK.

The Mission Performance Associates Academy will provide supervisor leadership and management training as the workforce grows at major Laing O’Rourke construction sites. We have also been asked to support the personal development of their apprentice population.

We are delighted to partner and support Laing O’Rourke at this exciting time and with so many incredible projects to look forward to over the coming years.
