Forging North American partnerships

Centre of Creative Leadership

Mission Performance’s core business over recent years has been delivered in North America. Working with our stateside partner Ross Preston MBE, we have become the first European partner of the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) this new relationship with CCL gives us and our clients access to research, development tools, assessments and articles to use in our future deliveries with clients around the globe. The CCL Partner Network also grows Mission Performance’s influence in North America, creating links with complementary organisations and widening our range of services across North America.

Human Factors Training

Ross Preston MBE plays a key role in our North American operation and will be leading on a number of contracts to develop the leadership capabilities of managers charged with creating and sustaining safety orientated cultures in potentially hazardous environments. He will join an elite group of Crew Resource Management experts in delivering high value bespoke Human Factors training (see article below for details of our work in the Oil and Gas sector)

Ross will also be able to draw upon our extensive experience of working with one of the largest construction providers in the UK as we help their site supervisors to build (safely) some of the largest infrastructure projects ever attempted in the UK.
