A business psychologist specialising in leadership assessment, development and resilience. I spent my early career working for the Outward Bound Trust in Australia and the UK helping people of all ages and abilities realising their own potential and building self-belief. This enabled me to continue a passion for mountaineering and rock climbing across the greater ranges of the world.
I became a Chartered Occupational Psychologist working the global leading consultancies, Towers Perrin and Mercer, designing and delivering leadership assessment and development programmes across leading global businesses for 15 years. Since 2013, I have moved into senior corporate roles in leadership development with JLT partnering with Mission Performance in a number of executive leadership programmes.
I have a deep interest in the realising of potential through adversity and have designed and applied several psychometric tools around resilience and learning agility. I am accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools and am a strong proponent of strengths based leadership and have a Masters in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School.
My coaching practice focuses on helping leaders and managers thrive through uncertainty and pressure and career transition.
