Sophie Hughes has been with Mission Performance since February 2021. Sophie joined Mission Performance as a Logistics coordinator looking after the logistics for all our programmes, both face to face and remotely.
Sophie finished school and completed a 2-year course at Fareham College in Uniformed Services. Training in this area introduced her to the inspiring and challenging world of public services.
Sophie then started a career with HSBC at the age of 19 as a PPI payment assistant and has since been successful in her yearly promotions, which has enabled her to succeed in her most recent role as a Project Manager.
Sophie enjoys time with her young daughter Grace and her family. In her spare time, Sophie likes to take ‘in the moment’ photos to capture those everlasting memories and is treasurer for her daughters school PTA.
