Sophie Hughes has been with Mission Performance since February 2021. Sophie joined Mission Performance as a Logistics coordinator looking after the logistics for all our programmes, both face to face and remotely.
Sophie finished school and completed a 2-year course at Fareham College in Uniformed Services. Training in this area introduced her to the inspiring and challenging world of public services.
Sophie then started a career with HSBC at the age of 19 as a PPI payment assistant and has since been successful in her yearly promotions, which has enabled her to succeed in her most recent role as a Project Manager.
Sophie enjoys time with her young daughter Grace and her family. In her spare time, Sophie likes to take ‘in the moment’ photos to capture those everlasting memories.
