Sarah is a specialist in Human Resources, Talent Management, Development and Inclusion. Having held senior positions in Financial and Professional service organisations, leading teams of HR Business Partners and a Talent Development Centre of Excellence, Sarah utilises her corporate experience to work now as a consultant.
During her career she has built extensive experience in designing and implementing programmes, framework sand initiatives in leadership development, development of under-represented groups, succession planning, talent assessment, creation of high-performance cultures and organisational change. Partnering with the C-Suite and senior leaders Sarah capitalises on her strengths of strategic thinking, solid execution and making the complex simple, to help companies build healthy leadership pipelines and inclusive talent management practices.
Sarah has a particular passion for creating inclusive cultures and environments where there is equity of opportunity for high performance, development and progression.
Sarah has a BA in Management and Business Administration, an MA in Human Resources and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She is accredited to use a wide range of psychometric tools which she has utilised to support the development of leaders and high potentials, coaching them to achieve higher performance.
