
Emma Kilbey combines facilitating, directing and theatre-making with singing, script-writing, voiceover and corporate coaching.
Emma Kilbey ‘s experience includes TV soaps, various comedies and dramas for BBC Radio 3 and 4, the lead in an international tour of an all-female Macbeth as well as directing Shakespeare, musicals and co-writing and performing in a comedy show with Russell Brand. She regularly sings in psychedelic folk trio, The Silver Swans.
When it comes to corporate communication she has 20 years’ experience creating and facilitating training packages, focusing on Equality and Diversity, Inclusive Leadership, Customer Care and Executive Change across the public and private sectors, as well as the military. She is also the co-author of 101 Days to Make a Change and a qualified coach, utilising the Management Drives tool. She regularly works with trainee barristers at the Inner Temple on presentation skills.
Passionate about ‘truffling’ out people’s potential, she prides herself on her ability to engage delegates with her enthusiasm and drive to make a difference.
