Clare Winter has over 15 years’ international consultancy experience, working as a Chartered Water and Environmental Manager. In this role, Clare Winter provided leadership on multi-million-pound global projects in the oil and gas, mining, infrastructure and water sectors, working with clients and colleagues at all levels to ensure successful project outcomes.
Clare loves being part of a team and working together to achieve a common purpose. As an avid hockey and softball player, she has represented both her hockey and softball clubs in the finals of national competitions and she has taken satisfaction from providing strong leadership in both environments. As Chair of her softball club for 3 years, the club thrived and was shortlisted for Bucks’ Sports Club of the Year. In 2016, believing that life is for living, Clare fully embraced her adventurous side, competing in the America’s Coast to Coast Leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. The race presented her with numerous challenges and it took all her determination, resilience, self-belief, patience, and empathy to overcome them successfully.
This wide-ranging experience has provided her with a unique insight into the benefits that coaching, clear communication and effective leadership can provide to both individuals and teams. Clare utilises all this experience in her work, pursuing her ambition to enable people to reach their full potential through coaching.
