Remote Coaching

Remote Coaching to individuals and teams

We deliver remote coaching sessions on a ZOOM platform or a platform of your choice. Once the objectives have been agreed we work over a defined period to coach the agreed outcomes. Where a profile tool/report or psychometric is included we use the feedback to add additional perspective and depth to the coaching relationship. These could include: SDI; MBTI; NeuroColor; TMSDI; FIRO B; EQi 2.0; Hogan DS, MTQ48 & and Biometric Heart Rate Variance data.

We take the world class basics of coaching and turn them into a series of leadership practices: For each practice we aim to help leaders develop them to world class levels of performance:

Typically inserted into existing client programmes or delivered as a stand-alone module Delivery is interactive, experiential and highly engaging.

DURATION

2-3 Days F2F

 

DESCRIPTION

We have taken the ILM level 3 & 5 Coaching and Mentoring and broken it down into a series accessible and practical steps that complement normal working rhythms. There are 5 key parts to this course:

The programme blends face to face delivery with online ZOOM sessions. It includes a peer coaching phase extensive supporting, curated material and coaching supervision throughout. It also includes a series of coaching masterclasses that are designed to go deeper in key aspects of the coaching dynamic and process.

DURATION

2 Days F2F + 7 x 90 minutes remote live coaching sessions + 2 supervisory sessions + 5 masterclasses delivered remotely on an online platform.

DESCRIPTION

Guided by our five practice areas we define and agree a bespoke plan to meet specific objectives. If the feedback includes the use of a biometric, profiling or psychometric tool/approach these will inform the sessions. These sessions might focus upon:

These modules focus upon leveraging the full diversity of the team. This is normally informed by a psychometric or profiling tool and/or bespoke design. Typically focusing on the values and behaviours of the team it will develop greater trust and empathy. The Teams’ clarity and interdependence will provide the context for the discussions. Delivery is interactive, experiential and highly engaging.

DURATION

90-minute sessions to multiple days

 

 

 

DESCRIPTION

Delivered with our award-winning partner Prohab Performance these modules combine the best of physiological and psychological feedback in a neat package. The module includes biometric Heart Rate Variance data fed back to each individual or as a team composite. This feedback will support discussions and insights into working and life style choices that may be limiting individual and team performances. Delivery is interactive, experiential and highly engaging.
