Our approach to individual and team learning

First, we listen and then listen some more to understand you, your team and the context in which you operate. We then co-design a progamme/s together and all associated support , measurement and follow up methods in order to deliver your short, medium and long-term objectives.

We use our Organisational approach and experience to shape the solution to fit pre-existing or wider programmes of organisational learning such as Talent or Leadership programmes. For example, clients and high-profile business schools borrow our experiential learning portfolio to activate specific learning outcomes for their delegates and clients respectively.

In our experience creating learning momentum is key and by engaging both leaders, line mangers and their direct reports at all levels, at the same time you move the odds in your favour of achieving sustained behavioural and culture change and rising levels of compliance.

Too often programmes are run in isolation with little or no thought given to mutually supporting learning objectives and activities. By connecting all levels in an organisation to one programme ensures maximum engagement and application.

Your Learning Campaign with our Learning Mission

We adopt a marketeer’s mindset to engage learners. Hence why we call our strategic learning programmes, Learning Campaigns.

The Direct Method

The first method includes all the face to face sessions. Experiential programmes run by exceptional deliverers who bring their life experience into the room and take learning beyond mere theory. Their engaging and practical style will ensure they spark powerful awareness and create long lasting behavioural change.

 

The Blend Method

The second is a blended method that combines experiential face to face delivery with an online programme accessed through the Mission-Hub. This Hub delivers micro, social and informal learning designed to embed & refresh learning. Typically targeted at leaders at all levels or key target groups like your high potentials.

 

The E- Method

The third is online and it is delivered through the Mission-Hub. Using micro, social and informal learning we raise awareness, impart knowledge and spark curiosity to support changes in attitudes and behaviours across larger learner populations. Typically targeted at those who report to or connect with the blended group of learners.
