Accredited MBTI practitioners who have a coaching practice or who are coaching in organisations and want to learn more about the support from MBTI in a coaching context.

Objectives:
- Understanding how the coaches’ MBTI type impacts coaching style
- Using the MBTI as a model for diagnosis in coaching
- Exploring the use of MBTI specific interventions to use in the coaching process
- Gain confidence in the application of MBTI to coaching
Topics/Team content:
- Application of a variety of coaching models and processes to support individuals through change
- Understand how the MBTI tool can support a coach and coachee relationship and the challenges each of the sixteen types may have during coaching
Outcomes:
- Increased confidence in the use of MBTI in coaching
- Increased self awareness for the coach
- Clear and practiced techniques to support a coaches’ repertoire of interventions using MBTI
