
A one day programme for accredited users of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator tool who are tasked with running a team event/programme for teams that are going through change or who have been performing for a while.
Who should attend?
Accredited MBTI practitioners who want to expand their knowledge from using MBTI in one to one contexts to team development events – particularly established teams that need new insights and feedback.

Objectives:
- To apply innovative and proven MBTI techniques and exercises to team contexts – particularly emphasising transitional issues for teams
- To understand and support a team at this stage of their development using MBTI
- To learn how to manage the balance between support and challenge for a team of this type
- To be able to facilitate a range of experiential MBTI exercises and understand some of the exercise outputs for teams
- Gain confidence in running exercises and debriefing them using MBTI
- To gain awareness of the implications of your own MBTI type when running team exercises
Topics/Team content:
- Application of the MBTI model to teams with transitional issues
- Discussion of a variety of outputs to expect from the different exercises and how to manage the group
- How the MBTI can build trust in a team of this type
Outcomes:
- Increased confidence in running, debriefing and evaluating a variety of MBTI exercises to run on Team Away days to increase their awareness of their Team Personality preferences
