Dan has been developing the hidden potential within teams and individuals for over ten years. His career started in America, leading wilderness expeditions and working with young people who present challenging behaviours.

With a passion for the outdoors, and in understanding both the power and learning that it can bring, Dan holds both a first class degree and qualified teacher status in outdoor education. An experienced trainer, coach and outdoor teacher, Dan uses his knowledge of experiential education and outdoor learning to provide powerful, fun and relevant learning solutions. His experience of working with public, private and voluntary sector organisations and working with young people through to senior management level make him a well rounded and versatile trainer.

With a firm belief in that we should practice what we teach; Dan is no stranger to extreme environments and challenging his own comfort zones. He can often be found kayak surfing, whitewater kayaking and climbing, all of which he is qualified to coach.Dan specialises in NLP and is MBTI qualified.
